PJTN Honors Huckabee With "2019 Tree Of Life Award"
PJTN FOUNDER LAURIE CARDOZA-MOORE HONORS FORMER GOV. MIKE HUCKABEE WITH 2019 "TREE OF LIFE AWARD"
JANUARY 26 AIRING OF "HUCKABEE" WILL FEATURE SURPRISE PRESENTATION ON-AIR
(NASHVILLE, TN) --January 24, 2019 --Laurie Cardoza-Moore, founder and president of pro- Israel advocacy organization, Proclaiming Justice to The Nations (PJTN) will be interviewed by former Governor Mike Huckabee on his popular Trinity Broadcasting Network's (TBN) weekly broadcast of "Huckabee," set to air this Saturday, January 26 on the network's global broadcast platform.
The top-rated weekly program will air on the 26th at 8:00 PM/ET-7:00 PM/CT and will re-air on the network on this Sunday (27) during the same time slot. It can also be viewed live on the "Huckabee" Facebook page (facebook.com/HuckabeeOnTBN and Huckabee.tv). Viewing times will vary worldwide.
Highlight of this weekend's airing will be the surprise presentation to the former Governor of the "2019 Tree of Life Award," PJTN's highest organizational honor. The award is made in recognition for the long support and commitment to Israel and the Jewish community that have been hallmarks of Huckabee's life.
Traditionally presented by PJTN as a major centerpiece of the annual convention of National Religious Broadcasters (NRB), more recent former recipients of the "Tree of Life" honors include former UN Ambassador John R. Bolton, CBN Middle East Bureau Chief, Chris Mitchell, and current PJTN Board Chairman, Stanley G. Tate.
Noted Cardoza-Moore in making the presentation: "We already had a plan in place to make the former governor our 2019 "Tree of Life" recipient so the timing of my being asked to guest on the ‘Huckabee’ program was so ideal. His commitment and public support of Israel and the Jewish people during the entirety of both is private and his political life make him more than deserving of this recognition from PJTN. I am so glad viewers of ‘Huckabee' will get to share this important moment with us on-air."
ABOUT LAURIE CARDOZA-MOORE:
In her founding role with PJTN, Cardoza-Moore has devoted the efforts of her organization's reach to cast a powerful focus on educating, empowering, and activating Christians, Jews and all people of conscience to take action on their biblical responsibility to stand in support of Israel and the Jewish people. She has for over a decade been consistently on the frontlines in the national and global war on anti-Semitism in this generation.
As host of the weekly series Focus On Israel, which early in 2018 joined the Daystar television network's global broadcasting family, she today reaches a potential audience of over 2.6 billion households with PJTN's core messaging through an alliance of Daystar, GODTV, and an affiliate army of independent TV and satellite broadcasters. Relevant with today’s headlines, the now award winning series sharply focuses its 30 minute segment devoted to exploring and educating viewers on various aspects of Israel’s history, cultural importance and current challenges facing both the land and the Jewish people.
The opening weeks of 2019 finds PJTN poised on the second year of its largest multi-platform campaign to date—Igniting the Torch For The Next Generation—the organization’s three year visionary plan at this critical time to win the ideological, social, moral, cultural and religious mind of a new generation in support of Israel and the Jewish people.
Laurie Cardoza-Moore’s impact as a respected thought leader and recognized voice of support for Israel and against anti-Semitism on the global stage is now entering a second decade in her achievement of significant results.
She has been a leading voice nationally in spearheading the formation of a coalition to expose the anti-Semitic, anti-American, anti-Israel and anti-Judeo-Christian content in American textbooks K-12. From her grassroots efforts in Tennessee, the coalition identified flawed textbook review procedures and conceived methods recommended for local communities nationwide to effectively review and call for corrective changes through legislation to protect the integrity of messaging for educational materials being utilized by America’s children. She remains committed to this ongoing campaign that is reaching state-by-state with increasing success. As an early agenda, Laurie’s efforts were responsible for the secured passage of HJR 960, a resolution to support the state of Israel in The Tennessee State General Assembly. Building on that success, she has since led strategic PJTN initiatives for Israel’s interests in 47 States across America as well as in 11 foreign nations.
She has been awarded both the “Friend of Israel Award” by The Center For Jewish Awareness and the “Goodwill Ambassador to Israel Award” given by Israel Consul General based in Atlanta.
In 2017 she was named one of the “Top 100 People Positively Impacting Israel” by America’s fastest growing Jewish newspapers online, Algemeiner.
She currently serves at the request of The World Council of Independent Christian Churches (WCICC) as a Special Envoy to the UN in support of Israel’s interests for their more than 88 million Christian participates.
