By Breathe Cast | Laurie Cardoza-Moore, President of Proclaiming Justice to The Nations (PJTN) who serves as UN Special Envoy for the World Council of Independent Christian Churches (WCICC) has been invited to address the leaders of WCICC this weekend at their annual Missions Conference being held in Jacksonville, FL. She is expected to address the current situation in Israel with regards to the world’s continued efforts to divide its ancient homeland and the unrest in Syria. Ms. Cardoza-Moore was appointed in 2011 by WCICC President Archbishop John Lupoli to serve as Special Envoy to the UN to represent the council’s interests regarding anti-Israel policies, human rights abuses and Jewish-Christian relations. Independent Christian Churches is an alliance of churches, pastors, ministries, Christian schools and individual members in 79 nations around the world. 0 CommentsHicks’ Lawyer: NBC Spiked Client’s Voting Preferences
Posted on 05/20/2013 | Category: Featured Headlines
By Nation al Review Online | My friend Steve Malzberg of Newsmax was hosting a radio show on WMAL on Saturday when he interviewed Victoria Toensing, the lawyer for State Department Benghazi whistleblower, Gregory Hicks. Toensing disclosed not only that Hicks is a registered Democrat who voted for Hillary Clinton in the 2008 primary and for President Obama in both the 2008 and 2012 elections, but also that NBC News edited these disclosures out of a broadcast interview with Toensing before Hicks testified last week’ before a House committee last week. Posted on 05/20/2013 | Category: Featured Headlines
By National Review Online | Clinton and Obama discussed Benghazi. What did they say? ‘What would you be focusing on in the Benghazi investigation?” I spent many years in the investigation biz, so it’s only natural that I’ve been asked that question a lot lately. I had the good fortune to be trained in Rudy Giuliani’s U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan. Rudy famously made his mark by making law enforcement reflect what common sense knew: Enterprises take their cues from the top. Criminal enterprises are no different: The capos do not carry out the policy of the button-men — it’s the other way around. So if I were investigating Benghazi, I’d be homing in on that 10 p.m. phone call. That’s the one between President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton — the one that’s gotten close to zero attention. Posted on 05/20/2013 | Category: Latest News
By National Review Online | “Hope and change” is looking more like the 1973 Nixon White House. In Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign, he ran to the left of Hillary Clinton as a moral reformer. Obama promised to transcend the old politics and bring a new era of hope-and-change transparency to Washington. Five years later, those vows are in shambles. True, the murder of four Americans in Benghazi has become a mess of partisan bickering. But the disturbing facts now transcend politics. The Obama administration — the president himself, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, U.N. ambassador Susan Rice, White House press secretary Jay Carney — all at various times blamed an obscure video maker for the “spontaneous violence” that killed Americans last September. Posted on 05/20/2013 | Category: Featured Headlines
By The Global Jewish News Source | U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice discussed the Middle East peace process and other regional issues with Jewish community leaders. The hour-long meeting May 13 organized by the Jewish Council for Public Affairs also included representatives of The Jewish Federations of North America, UJA-Federation of New York, and the JCRC of New York. JCPA President/CEO Rabbi Steve Gutow presented Rice with a gift of a mezuzah in recognition of her support of Israel and advocacy of U.S. values and interests at the United Nations. Gutow called the meeting “productive and warm.” “Be it in increasing pressure on Iran to end its nuclear arms ambitions, preventing efforts to isolate Israel diplomatically, or addressing the crisis in Sudan, Amb. Rice has been an important ally,” said Gutow. “We are heartened by her support and leadership on these and other priorities for the U.S., Israel, and the Jewish community. Read more…. 0 CommentsHEZBOLLAH PLEDGES SUPPORT TO ASSAD AGAINST ISRAEL
Posted on 05/10/2013 | Category: Latest News
By International Christian Embassy Jerusalem | In an apparent bid to shore up his dwindling support in the region, Sheik Hassan Nasrallah, leader of the Lebanese Shi’ite terror militia Hezbollah, issued a statement Thursday that his troops were ready to assist the regime of Syrian president Bashar Assad against Israel. “We announce that we stand with the Syrian popular resistance and offer material and spiritual support as well as coordination in order to liberate the Syrian Golan,” he said in a televised speech. The remarks came a day after Iranian officials promised to the Assad regime “full and unlimited support from Iran, politically, militarily, and economically, to the Syrian leadership and people, against the takfiris, terrorists, Israel, the US, and all who dare attack this country.” In related news, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan told NBC News Thursday he would support a US-enforced no-fly zone in Syria, adding that the regime has used chemical weapons in the conflict on several occasions. 0 CommentsJews attacked for praying on Temple Mount
Posted on 05/10/2013 | Category: Featured Headlines
By Israel Today | Five Jewish men were arrested on Wednesday for quietly praying atop Jerusalem’s Temple Mount, an expression of faith that caused the many Muslims around them to explode in fury. Police stationed at the sensitive holy site said a mob of Muslims gathered around the Jewish men, hurling insults and nearly coming to blows before Islamic officials stepped in to restore calm on the condition the Jewish worshipers be arrested. Jews and Christians are forbidden to pray atop the Temple Mount for fear of upsetting the Muslims that currently control the complex. A day earlier, Israeli police at the Temple Mount arrested Jerusalem Mufti Sheikh Muhammed Hussein on suspicion he had riled up a mob of Muslims who attacked and wounded two officers. Read more….. Posted on 05/10/2013 | Category: Featured Headlines
By Israel Today | Jordan’s parliament on Wednesday voted unanimously to eject Israeli Ambassador Daniel Nevo over this week’s arrest of Jerusalem Mufti Sheikh Muhammed Hussein. Jordan technically exercises religious control over the Temple Mount, though Palestinian Authority-appointed officials have been effectively been running the show for over a decade. Jordanian Interior Minister Hussein Mahalia summoned Nevo to express his country’s severe condemnation of the mufti’s detention. Israel arrested the mufti on Tuesday for his role in inciting violence against Israeli police stationed at the holy site. The police officers were attacked because they had tried to quiet a Muslim youth who was loudly hurling insults at Jewish visitors. Read more…. 0 CommentsPalestinian official longs to nuke Israel
Posted on 05/10/2013 | Category: Iran
By Israel Today | There is a very good reason for Israel taking the Iran nuclear threat so seriously. There are a lot of people in this region, many of them holding positions of authority, who would like nothing more than to use a nuclear weapon against Israel, the consequences be damned. One such figure admitted as much in an interview with Lebanese TV last week. “I swear that if we had a nuke, we’d have used it this very morning,” said Jibril Rajoub, Deputy Secretary of the Fatah Central Committee and Chairman of the Palestinian Authority Olympic Committee. Rajoub explained that the Palestinian Authority only continues to play this “negotiating game” with Israel because it currently lacks the military strength to defeat the Jewish state. Read more…. 0 CommentsEgypt’s New Anti-Muslim Brotherhood Militia
Posted on 05/10/2013 | Category: Egypt
By Israel Today | Egypt’s Black Bloc grew out of a struggle for liberation from an authoritarian system, only after non-violent civil efforts had failed. Not to be confused with America’s Black Bloc, which is friend to likes of the Muslim Brotherhood, Egypt’s Black Bloc is an enemy to their country’s new Islamist rulers and fights for democracy and legitimate government. Clad in black garb and ski masks, the faceless and nameless Black Bloc soldiers lock arms to create a human shield in defense of pro-freedom protesters — the Black Bloc’s number-one priority — in the streets and squares of Egypt. Experts in martial arts and ostensibly military-trained, Black Bloc warriors only recently surfaced in Egypt to safeguard fellow freedom-fighters from their arch-enemies, the foes of democracy: President Mohammed Morsi and his Muslim Brotherhood-Hamas gangs.
