0 CommentsThe dirty little secret about Israel’s Arabs
Posted on 05/10/2013 | Category: In Support of Israel
By Jewish World Review | What “respectable” organizations — including Jewish ones — and the international media are trying their hardest to cover up In 2010, Cpl. Eleanor Joseph became the first female Arab combat soldier in the Israel Defense Force. Joseph, a Christian Arab told Israel’s daily Ma’ariv that her good luck charm is a drawing of the Star of David with the caption: “I have no other land, even when my ground is burning.” Her commander drew it for her. Joseph explained, “It is a phrase that strengthens me. Every time I experience hardship, I read it. Because I was born here. The people I love live here: my parents, my friends. This is a Jewish state? Yes, it is. But it’s also my country. I can’t imagine living in any other place. I think every person should serve in the army. You live here? You make your home here? Then go defend your country. What does it matter that I’m an Arab?” Read more….. PJTN stands with the Jewish State of Israel as a culture of life.Join PJTN in our stand with—and for—Israel… READ MORE

Posted on 05/10/2013 | Category: In Support of Israel
By Israel Today | Israelis on Wednesday marked Jerusalem Day, the 46th anniversary of the reunification of the city during the Six Day War. Israel never intended to reunite Jerusalem when it launched a preemptive strike on the gathering armies of Egypt and Syria in 1967. But when Jordan’s King Hussein succumbed to Egyptian pressure and opened a third front against the Jewish state, the opportunity to fulfill the hopes of generations presented itself. Ever since the final Roman conquest nearly 2,000 years earlier, the Jewish people had hoped, prayed and dreamed about returning to and exercising sovereignty over their ancient, biblical capital. Posted on 04/29/2013 | Category: In Support of Israel
By Israel Today | Continuing with the theme of debunking accusations that Israel imposes institutional racism and apartheid on the Arabs of the region is a story by the AFP on a senior Bedouin tracker in the Israeli army. Lt.-Col. Magdi Mazarib, the highest ranking Israeli Bedouin army tracker, is featured in the story. He tells the news agency that compared with neighboring countries, the status and position of Arabs in Israel “is better…It’s a different league.” When asked if, as a Muslim, he is bothered serving an overtly Jewish state, Mazarib responds, “The flag of England also has a cross on it, and the Jews there are fine with it.” Read more…. 0 CommentsNew Poll: 80 Percent Want Sovereignty over Judea and Samaria
Posted on 04/23/2013 | Category: In Support of Israel
By Israpundit | The 80% is very misleading. Here’s what it is comprised of: The survey, conducted by the Geocartography Institute on behalf of the Israeli university in the West Bank, found that 35 percent of respondents said the government should annex the entire West Bank, 24% said only the settlement blocs should be annexed, 20% answered that any annexation should only take place as part of an agreement with the Palestinians, and 12% said Israel doesn’t need to impose its sovereignty over any part of the West Bank. Nine percent had no answer. Ted Belman The Women in Green movement applauds the data that emerge from a poll conducted ahead of the Ariel Conference for Law and Mass Media (to be held on April 29th), according to which some 80 percent of the public support the application of Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria Today (Sunday, April 21), saw the publication of the results of a special poll conducted by the Geocartography research institute on behalf of the Ariel Conference for Law and Mass Media, according to which some 80 percent of the public support the application of Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria. Posted on 04/16/2013 | Category: Featured Headlines
By The Tennesseean | At least seven community members who spoke during the public input section of a Williamson County school board meeting Monday said passages in a textbook currently being used are anti-Semitic and poisoning students’ minds. They said the Advanced Placement human geography book promotes biased thinking with questions such as: “If a Palestinian suicide bomber kills several dozen Israeli teenagers in a Jerusalem restaurant, is that an act of terrorism or wartime retaliation against Israeli government policies and army actions?” Laurie Cardoza-Moore, a county resident and president of pro-Israel group Proclaiming Justice to the Nations, was among those who asked for its removal. “It is this type of disinformation that historically leads to violence against Jews,” she said. “The Holocaust did not happen in a vacuum. This type of anti-Semitism has no place and shouldn’t be taught to our future leaders.” Read more….. By Front Page Mag | April 7 marks Yom Ha’shoah, a day marked by solemn remembrances for those who perished in the Holocaust. It is also the 46th anniversary of a more obscure incident that many analysts view as the precursor to one of the most astonishing victories of modern military history. On April 7, 1967 Israeli Mirages and Syria Mig-21s dueled over the skies of Syria and northern Israel and six Migs were downed for no Israeli losses. Like the current day situation in Gaza, where Islamist rocket fire on civilian areas inexorably draws Israeli counter fire, Syrian artillery fire on Israeli villages precipitated the aerial engagement. And like the Gazan Islamists of today, the Syrians cried foul after being bloodied by the Israelis. Read more….. By The Voice of Moderation | I can’t do it! No matter how hard I try, I just can’t grasp the true fear and horror of those who were systematically dehumanized and exterminated by the German Government, the Nazi party, other European Governments, and the German and European citizenry. From as far back as I can remember I, have watched the gripping footage of the liberation of the death camps, again and again. I have seen the movies … Schindler’s List, Sophie’s Choice, It’s A Beautiful Life, The Pianist and many, many others. I have read innumerable accounts describing the systematic manner in which the German Government worked to dismantle rights to livelihood, culture, possessions, and even self-respect… the Nuremburg Laws, Kristallnacht and many others. I have spent countless hours at the Dachau death camp in Germany, in the Holocaust Museum in DC, and at the Holocaust Memorial in Miami Beach hopelessly trying to comprehend the gradual hour-by-hour, day-by-day realization of the inevitability of the German genocidal plan felt by just one parent, one husband.
