Yeshiva head shot and killed, 3 family members in serious condition

Wife of Otniel’s Miki Mark in serious condition, 2 teens also hurt in terror attack; troops search for shooters, security cabinet set to convene Saturday.

A rabbi who heads a West Bank yeshiva was killed Friday afternoon and his wife and children were injured when their family car came under gunfire from a passing vehicle and overturned, south of the West Bank city of Hebron.

The victim of the terror attack was named as 48-year-old Miki Mark, director of the yeshiva in nearby Otniel. Mark, a father of ten and the cousin of Mossad chief Yossi Cohen, had lived in the settlement with his family for years.

Mark’s wife was seriously injured in the attack near Beit Hagai on Route 60. Their 14-year-old daughter was in moderate-to-serious condition and their 15-year-old son was lightly injured. Earlier reports of an infant in the vehicle were apparently mistaken.

An initial investigation indicated the terrorists passed the family’s car with their vehicle, then opened fire at them. Officials said over 20 bullet holes were found in the victims’ car.

The victims were taken Hadassah Hospital Ein Kerem in Jerusalem for treatment. The wounded woman sustained serious head injuries from the gunfire. She was unconscious and respirated as she was hospitalized, Magen David Adom said.

It was not immediately clear how many were injured from the initial gunfire and how many were hurt in the ensuing accident.

Hamas praised the attack, with an announcer on its TV channel saying it was a response to “crimes against the Palestinian people,” according to Army Radio. The group did not claim responsibility for the shooting.

Security forces were searching the area for the perpetrators, who fled the scene after the attack, the army said in a statement. Army officials said they had ordered an effective closure of Hebron to prevent further attacks.

Following the attack the security cabinet scheduled an emergency meeting for Saturday evening to discuss recent events.

Education Minister Naftali Bennett said in a statement he believed the cabinet should meet on Friday evening, and not postpone.

“Terrorists do not keep Shabbat,” he said. “Failure to respond severely after an attack will lead to another attack.”

Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz called for a national state of emergency. “We must understand that we are in a state of all-out war and act accordingly,” he said. “We must declare a state of emergency.”

The attack comes a day after a 13-year-old girl was killed in her home at the Kiryat Arba settlement adjacent to Hebron.

Israel is gearing up for a scenario-summer

prep scenario

In any future war, Israel will be hit with the largest rocket salvos seen in its history – that was the stark warning issued by Brig.-Gen.

Zvika Haimovich, commander of air defenses in the Israel Air Force on Monday.

Speaking at the Israel Air Missile Defense Conference at Rishon Lezion, which was organized by the iHLS website, he said that Iran, Hezbollah, and Hamas were carrying out joint research and development of rockets, adding, “We can see a lot of live tests in Gaza with Hamas, and with Iran and Hezbollah [in Lebanon]. They have put in a lot of effort into increasing and improving their skills.”

Hostile entities will seek to overwhelm air defenses with heavy salvos, Haimovich said.

“In the future, we will meet and engage much bigger salvos,” he said. They will come from multiple directions, and a “regional war” is a more realistic scenario than a single-front escalation.

Gazan and southern Lebanese weapons storage facilities house many thousands of rockets, Haimovich said, adding, “It doesn’t matter how many. We are dealing with a complicated environment.”

Israel’s enemies have concluded that firing large numbers of inaccurate rockets is insufficient, and in recent years, they have begun moving away from that tactic, and toward accurate, guided projectiles, he said. With rockets becoming accurate, the difference between rockets and missiles has become fudged, he added.

Hezbollah can cover more than 75 percent of Israeli territory with its rockets and missiles. “If we are talking about the multi-directional threat, this is much more complicated than what we faced five to 10 years ago. We will deal with very big numbers of salvos, of more than 50 to 100 [projectiles]. It doesn’t matter if this is [fired] by Hezbollah or Hamas. We will meet new surprises on the battlefield, that’s for sure,” the air defense chief said.

Additionally, enemies will fire cruise missiles at Israel in the next war, he warned.

“It’s not a nightmare. It’s a very realistic scenario.

This is the way we prepare and train our commands and units to be ready for the next event.”

The appearance of Islamic State in Sinai has added to the list of entities that can fire projectiles at Israel, Haimovich said.

In response to the mounting threats, the IAF’s air defense units are focused on creating flexibility, and updating their battle doctrine, to ensure they are dealing with future, rather than the past.

The IAF’s air defense units will need to be able to select the right targets out of a very crowded sky in any future conflict, Haimovich said, describing that task as a “huge challenge.”

He admitted that Israel has a lack of resources, and not enough interceptors to defend against the full range of aerial threat. “This means we have to maximize our interceptors. It [also] means that rockets and missiles will hit the State of Israel in the next escalation,” he armed.

The IAF’s mission is to minimize the damage, he added.

He called for the acquisition of more air defense batteries and interceptors, but added, “This isn’t enough.” Integrating the various air defense systems, creating cross-branch IDF cooperation, and working with the US are all needed, he argued.

“We need to prepare our units. I really don’t know when next war will occur. It’s a kind of race between us and the other side. Our challenge is to always be in front, and to be one step ahead of our enemies and neighbors,” Haimovich said.

“It’s not very optimistic, but this is a realistic scenario.”

CAIR Must Stand Trial in D.C. for Massive Fraud

cair trial

The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit today unanimously reversed a trial court’s ruling dismissing a fraud case brought against the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). The result of the appellate court’s ruling [1]is that CAIR National, operating out of the District of Columbia, must stand trial and allow a jury to hear all of the evidence of the massive fraud and attempted cover up carried out by CAIR and perpetrated against hundreds of CAIR fraud victims.

In January of last year, Judge Paul Friedman, the federal judge presiding over a five-year old lawsuit alleging that CAIR defrauded hundreds of Muslim and non-Muslim clients, issued a shocking ruling when he summarily dismissed the lawsuit, which was brought in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Immediately, the American Freedom Law Center (AFLC) and the Law Offices of David Yerushalmi appealed, asking the D.C. Circuit to reverse Judge Friedman and reinstate the plaintiffs’ claims against CAIR.

The appellate court heard oral arguments in February of this year, and issued its unanimous ruling today.

David Yerushalmi, lead counsel for the five plaintiffs in the two consolidated cases alleging that CAIR hired a fake lawyer who defrauded the CAIR clients, explained the decisiveness of the appellate court’s ruling:

“The Court of Appeals not only unanimously reversed the trial court, sending the case back for a jury trial, but it carefully went through each fact we argued Judge Friedman either dismissed out-of-hand or ignored completely to justify his clearly erroneous ruling, explaining further why each fact supports our claims against CAIR.”

CAIR, a self-described Muslim public interest law firm, was previously named as a Muslim Brotherhood-Hamas front group by the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the federal criminal trial and conviction of a terrorist funding cell organized around one of the largest Muslim charities, the Holy Land Foundation (HLF). HLF raised funds for violent jihad on behalf of Hamas, and top CAIR officials were part of the conspiracy. In addition, several of CAIR’s top executives have been convicted of terror-related crimes. As a result, the FBI publicly announced that it has terminated any outreach activities with the national organization, which bills itself as “America’s largest Muslim civil liberties and advocacy organization.”

The pending lawsuits allege that Morris Days, the “Resident Attorney” and “Manager for Civil Rights” at the now defunct CAIR-MD/VA chapter in Herndon, Virginia, was in fact not an attorney and that he failed to provide legal services for clients who came to CAIR for legal representation. As alleged, CAIR knew of this fraud and purposefully conspired with Days to keep the CAIR clients from discovering that their legal matters were being mishandled or not handled at all. Furthermore, the complaints allege that according to CAIR internal documents, there were hundreds of victims of the CAIR fraud scheme.

According to court documents, CAIR knew or should have known that Days was not a lawyer when it hired him. But, like many criminal organizations, things got worse when CAIR officials were confronted with clear evidence of Days’ fraudulent conduct. Rather than come clean and attempt to rectify past wrongs, CAIR conspired with its Virginia Chapter to conceal and further the fraud.

To this end, CAIR officials purposefully concealed the truth about Days from their clients, law enforcement, the Virginia and D.C. state bar associations, and the media. When CAIR did get irate calls from clients about Days’ failure to provide competent legal services, CAIR fraudulently deceived their clients about Days’ relationship to CAIR, suggesting he was never actually employed by CAIR, and even concealing the fact that CAIR had fired him once some of the victims began threatening to sue.

While Judge Friedman agreed that Days and CAIR’s Virginia chapter were liable for fraud, he concluded, after improperly weighing the evidence, that CAIR National in D.C., the named defendant in the lawsuit, was not responsible for Days’ fraudulent conduct. The appeals court, however, found that Judge Friedman was wrong on each and every fact raised by the plaintiffs, concluding, contrary to Judge Friedman, that each fact supports finding a direct relationship between CAIR National and Days.

David Yerushalmi, who is also AFLC’s co-founder and senior counsel, remarked:

“CAIR engaged in a massive criminal fraud in which literally hundreds of CAIR clients have been victimized. In his ruling, Judge Friedman inexplicably ignored material facts that establish CAIR National’s liability and then engaged in a transparently disingenuous ‘weighing’ of the factual evidence he did address, which is patently improper when evaluating cross-motions for summary judgment. We are thankful that the appeals court has rectified the trial court’s errors. Now, at long last, our clients will go before a jury and get their day in court.”

Robert Muise, co-founder and senior counsel of AFLC, added,

“This ruling is a significant victory. Not only does it reinstate our claims against CAIR, but it makes plain that we have an incredibly strong case to present to a jury. In short, CAIR has no way out. It is a fraudulent organization, and we will get a chance to prove that to a jury.”

United States And Israel Reportedly Close to Finalizing Military Aid Package

us isra aid

The United States and Israel are close to finalizing a new 10-year military aid package, a senior Israeli official said amid a visit to the U.S. by Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman, according to reports.

According to the unnamed official, Israel wants to reach the deal as soon as possible, but an announcement will not be coming in the next few days because there are a number of outstanding issues to resolve. Additionally, the official denied claims that Israel is slowing down the talks and considering not reaching the agreement until the next U.S. president takes office in 2017.

The U.S. and Israel have been negotiating a new military aid package to replace the existing package of $3.1 billion in annual aid that is set to expire in 2018. Israel has reportedly asked for up to $4 billion per year in the new package.

Lieberman, meanwhile, met with U.S. Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter during the Israeli minister’s first visit to America since becoming defense minister in late May. Lieberman’s spokesperson said the defense ministers discussed “global terror, developments in various arenas in the Middle East, and a series of issues related to relations between the two countries.”

A Match Made In anti-Zionist Hell: Roger Waters and Rula Jebreal

waters Jebreal

Notorious anti-Israel hater and Pink Floyd bassist Roger Waters is making headlines once again following revelations that, after divorcing his fourth wife and an ensuing affair, he is dating Palestinian activist Rula Jebreal, Page Six reported on Wednesday.

The pair — he is 72 and she is 42 — were introduced some five years ago by Waters’ then wife, Laurie Durning, who was friends with Jebreal’s now estranged husband, biotech entrepreneur Arthur Altschul Jr. According to a source who spoke with Page Six, Jebreal asked to meet Waters because of his anti-Israel activism, including his support for the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement. The couples became fast friends and would dine together many times.

However, after Waters split from his fourth wife, the source said “he began an affair with Rula. Arthur found out, and their marriage ended. Roger and Rula have been together around three months and they discuss Palestine all the time, they are both so very passionate about it.”

“It is the talk of the Hamptons, and some people are calling them the ‘Palestinian power couple.’ But it is very weird for their former spouses, who introduced them,” the source added.

In March 2011, Waters came out in support of BDS and a cultural boycott of Israel after visiting the security barrier that separates Israel from the West Bank, becoming one of the anti-Israel movement’s most high-profile advocates. He has since accused Israel of a host of crimes — including the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians, apartheid and illegally occupying and annexing Palestinian land — and has launched a crusade against artists — such as Jon Bon Jovi, the Rolling Stones, Robbie Williams and Neil Young — who announce performances in Israel or in support of Israel-related causes.

In March 2013, Waters took credit for the decision by famed musician Stevie Wonder to cancel his performance at a Friends of the Israel Defense Forces event. In an interview with the anti-Israel Electronic Intifada, Waters said, “I wrote a letter to him saying that this would be like playing a police ball in Johannesburg the day after the Sharpeville massacre in 1960.”

“I think that the kind of boycott that was implemented against the apartheid regime in South Africa back in the day is probably the most effective way to go because the situation is that the Israeli government runs an apartheid regime in Israel, the occupied territories and everywhere else it decides,” he added.

Jebreal, for her part, is also actively engaged in promoting the demonization of Israel and spreading Palestinian propaganda. The journalist and author has in the past been critical of the US’s support for Israel, which she has said leads to “enabling discriminatory laws and segregation and subjugation of millions of people.”

In January 2015, during a CNN discussion regarding radical Islam alongside pro-Israel activist Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, Jebreal bemoaned what she called Israel’s ethnocratic policies in favor of Jews and its subjugation of Palestinians. Boteach quickly rejected Jebreal’s accusations, stating:

With all due respect…When you start bringing up that Israel’s policy, it’s terrible that [Palestinians] are being targeted, Israel has to stop the segregation. Let’s stop the nonsense. Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East. You are a Palestinian woman who has Israeli citizenship. You are allowed freedom of expression. No one tells you who to fall in love with, you don’t get shot by your uncle or by your brother because you fall in love with somebody your father doesn’t approve of. You live a Western life. You live with the kind of human rights that Israel protects. Israel has 1.5 million Arab citizens, there is no segregation and we all know that. So let’s not excuse terrorism with some Israeli policy.

Jebreal is the author of three books, one of which, Miral — largely an autobiographical account of her childhood in the West Bank — was adapted into a film by her then-boyfriend, Julian Schnabel. The film premiered at the UN General Assembly and was opposed by the Israeli government and the American Jewish Committee, which said the movie painted Israel in a “highly negative light.”

MK Issac Herzog met with PA to make pre-1967 concessions, Zionist Union confirms

herzog pa

Opposition leader offers east Jerusalem, West Bank in unsigned agreement with Abbas prior to election.

Knesset opposition leader and head of the Zionist Union, Isaac Herzog, held extensive talks with high-ranking PA officials prior to last year’s election to concede 100% of pre-1967 territories, and declare east Jerusalem the capital of Palestine, his spokesman confirmed on Monday.

A paper outlining the agreement, exposed by Channel 10 Sunday night, which was never formally agreed upon, included Herzog’s proposal to relinquish the West Bank and reach a deal to allow the right of return to Arab refugees in Jerusalem based on UN Resolution 194.

Herzog also reportedly agreed to allow 4% of Israeli settlements to remain in place in exchange for comparable pre-1967 land allowances for Palestinians, divide municipal responsibilities between east and west Jerusalem, and have the Temple Mount overseen by an international third party.

Moreover, the proposal offered financial compensation to Palestinian refugees, while insisting that Israel retain the Western Wall and maintain a military presence in the Jordan Valley with Jordanian and Palestinians soldiers.

Former minister Efraim Sneh negotiated on Herzog’s behalf with an unnamed PA counterpart, using the Arab Peace Initiative proposed in 2002 as a blueprint for the talks, the report stated.

While Zionist Union spokesman Ofer Newman conceded on Monday that the negotiations took place, and confirmed the substance of the report, he claimed that Herzog ceased all negotiations with the PA immediately before running for the premiership.

“There were talks and a lot of understandings, and they made significant progress, but after the election was declared, Herzog stopped it all and said he would only resume talks after the election when he became prime minister.”

Newman added that Herzog was satisfied by the talks that meaningful peace negotiations were possible, and planned to immediately resume discussions before losing the election in a close race against Benjamin Netanyahu in March of last year.

According to Newman, the negotiations took place through much of 2014, until the election was announced, although he noted that Herzog and PA chairman Muhmoud Abbas did not meet in person.

“He met with senior advisors and contacts through the year,” Newman said.

“All that is written in the paper substance-wise is true, but it was before the election and no agreement was signed,” he emphasized. “Those were the understandings they got to… but all talks stopped around October.”

In a formal statement, Herzog’s office said the opposition leader “made an effort to reach understandings that would have prevented the wave of terror, which I predicted.”

“After the rounds of the almost annual wars and funerals of the past decade, I am no longer prepared to listen to the mantra that says we can defeat every threat with only military force,” the statement continued.

In response to the revelation, Yesh Atid head Yair Lapid issued brief statement deeming the negotiations “dangerous” and “wrong,” adding that Jerusalem must not be divided.

“The Left can’t negotiate as long as there’s a government in Jerusalem,” he added.

Education Minister Naftali Bennett echoed Lapid’s sentiments, stating that Herzog cannot negotiate what is not his, and compared the negotiations with the PA as akin to attempting to sell the Brooklyn Bridge.

“No Jew or Jewish body has the authority – or even the whole Jewish people – to give up any part of the land,” he said in a statement. “It is a right of the Jewish people… our right to the land exists forever.”

Bennett added that the Labor party has strayed far too far from former leader David Ben-Gurion’s leadership.

“What a distance between Labor then and now,” he said.

“Go back to your roots, Labor, we can be proud of our nation. You don’t have to try to divide our land all the time.”

UNITED NATIONS: Ban Ki-Moon condemns deadly terrorist attack in Tel Aviv

un ban cond terror

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon condemned today’s terrorist attack in Tel Aviv in which Palestinian assailants killed at least four Israelis and injured four others.

In a statement from his spokesperson, the Secretary-General conveyed his condolences to the families of the victims and the Government of Israel.

“There is no justification for terrorism nor for the glorification of those who commit such heinous acts,” Mr. Ban underscored, adding that he was shocked that the leaders of Hamas have chosen to welcome this attack and some to celebrate it.

He called upon the Palestinian leadership “to live up to their responsibility to stand firmly against violence and the incitement that fuels it.”

SYRIA: Israeli Air Force attacked weapons facility over weekend

idf syria

Israeli Air Force jets attacked a missile storage facility in Syria over the weekend, targeting a number of military sites said to be housing advanced weaponry, according to Syrian Internet publication Al Wasil Time on Tuesday.

The attack took place near the embattled city of Homs and reportedly caused extensive damage to the facility.

The report added that Syrian defense systems identified Israeli aircraft within their airspace but refrained from firing.

If the report is verified, it would be the first operation conducted under the newly minted Minister of Defense Avigdor Liberman, who toured the northern border earlier Tuesday with IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot.

He was also briefed by OC Northern Command, Maj.-Gen. Aviv Kochavi, the head of the Northern Formation and Commander of the IDF Staff and Command College, Maj.-Gen. Yossi Bachar, and regional commanders in northern Israel.

“I heard briefings today on this area, which is always sensitive, and I can say that the northern border is in good and secure hands,” Liberman said.

“I was impressed by the readiness, the plans, and preparations. The role of the IDF here is to safeguard the quiet on the northern border, and that is what we are doing. We have no other plans, other than to safeguard the quiet, and I hope that everyone understands that well, including our neighbors.”
Liberman added, “In any case, I would not advise anyone to try and test us.”

Israel’s embassy in Germany slams Islamic preacher calling for the death of all Jews

kippa berlin

Israel’s deputy chief envoy condemned on Monday the appearance of a Pakistani religious leader who has called for the elimination of all Jews.

The Stuttgarter Nachrichten daily first reported on Muhammad Raza Saqib Mustafai’s talk on Friday at the Al-Madina Mosque in the southern German city of Stuttgart.

Mustafai has previously said:“When the Jews are wiped out … the sun of peace [will] begin to rise on the entire world.”

Avraham Nir-Feldklein, the deputy chief of Israel, told the Stuttgarter Nachrichten, “We hope that public funds do not in the future benefit organizations that provide a place that calls for hate not only against Jews and Israel, but also against other sections of the population.”

The Pakistan Welfare Society Stuttgart e.V. sponsored Mustafai’s visit. The Society receives tax-breaks from the city because of its non-profit status and excercises control over the Al-Madina mosque.

The reporters for the Stuttgarter Nachrichten exclusive uncovered Mustafai’s tour in Europe and the city’s role in the event.

Mustafai spoke in front of roughly 300 men and adolescent boys in Bad Cannstatt, the oldest city district in Stuttgart.

The Stuttgarter Nachrichten journalists Theresa Ritzer and Franz Feyder wrote that it is “unclear who granted a visa for Mustafai’s entry into the European Union.”

The Jerusalem Post contributed research to the Stuttgarter Nachrichten article.

The paper noted that the no German foreign agency authorized a visa for the hate preacher.

“It is conceivable that Mustafai gained entry with false passport documents,” wrote the Stuttgart daily.

Mustafai has said in a video posted on YouTube: “When the Jews are annihilated ,the world will be cleansed.”

In response to a Stuttgarter Nachrichten query, a spokesman for the Pakistan Welfare Society Stuttgart, said “We don’t tolerate anyone in our mosque, who will doing something negative to other people.”

BANGLADESH: Israel blamed for killings by government minister

bangla min

Bangladesh Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan blamed Israel as part of an “international conspiracy” behind a spate of recent killings in his country.

“Bangladesh has become the target of an international conspiracy. And a foreign intelligence agency has joined the conspiracy,” Khan said, the BBC reported.

“You must have noticed that an Israeli intelligence agent had a meeting with a politician, it does not need to be verified further, all Bangladeshi know about it,” he added.

Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Emmanuel Nahshon told the BBC that the suggestion of Israeli involvement is “utter drivel.”

A Muslim-majority country bordered by India, Bangladesh does not have any formal diplomatic relations with Israel. Recently, Bangladeshi opposition lawmaker Aslam Chowdhury was arrested and charged with sedition after he was pictured meeting an Israeli government advisor in India.

Bangladesh’s spate of killings in recent months has been largely attributed to the Islamic State and al-Qaeda terrorist organizations as well as other Islamist groups in the country. The latest murder on Sunday saw a wife of a senior Bangladeshi police official who had been battling with Islamists shot dead. A Christian grocer was also attacked by machete-wielding assailants the same day.

Israel thwarts attempts to smuggle drone parts into Gaza

foil gaza

Israel has recently thwarted dozens of attempts by terrorist groups in the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip to smuggle in drone components and other weapons parts through the mail.

According to the Israeli Defense Ministry, the items have been discovered during mail inspections conducted by the Crossing Authority at the Erez border crossing.

A collaborative effort by a number of Israeli security and law enforcement bodies is putting pressure on Gaza terrorist groups, forcing them to try to find new smuggling methods. In recent weeks, it appears terrorist groups have turned to the postal service Israel provides to Gaza.

During Operation Protective Edge in the summer of 2014, the Israeli military intercepted a Hamas drone over the coastal city of Ashdod.

Authorities foil attempt to smuggle metal pipes, motors into Gaza

foil smuggle

Israeli authorities foiled an attempt to smuggle metal pipes and motors into the Gaza Strip, which could have been used for building rockets and tunnels, the Defense Ministry announced Thursday.

The Gaza-bound shipment came through Tarkumiya, a small village outside of Hebron in the West Bank. The trucks were headed to the Kerem Shalom crossing, where they would enter the coastal enclave.

Inspectors at the Tarkumiya crossing, along with the Shin Bet security service, intercepted the packages, which were believed to have been on their way to the Hamas terror organization in the Gaza Strip, the ministry said in a statement.

According to officials, the “large shipment” consisted of “hundreds of pipes with a diameter under four inches, with a special kind of screw that is used for the production of mortars and rockets.”

In addition to the weapons manufacturing material, the crossing authority employees also uncovered “dozens of electric motors that are used by terror groups for different build-up purposes, including the construction of underground networks,” the Defense Ministry said, referring to Hamas’s extensive system of attack and smuggling tunnels.

“The shipment has been confiscated and an investigation has been opened to locate those involved in the smuggling,” the Defense Ministry said.

The illicit materials were “camouflaged,” stuck in alongside “textiles and jewelry.” This practice of hiding illegal goods among approved products has become the go-to method for smugglers. Earlier this year, electrodes were discovered hidden in butter from a Ramallah factory.

Earlier this month, Israel’s Tax Authority uncovered an attempt to sneak four tons of ammonium chloride into Gaza, concealed in table salt.

Sacks of the ammonium chloride were found buried in some 36 tons of salt. The chemical compound is used mainly in agriculture as a fertilizer, but like many nitrogen-based fertilizers, can also be turned into an explosive.

“This case underscores the activity of Gaza-based terrorist organizations in smuggling dual-use materials disguised as goods destined for the civilian population and reconstruction projects,” the Tax Authority said at the time.
